Senior Accountants / Bookkeepers
Job Type: Full-Time HBA Bookkeeping & Accounting Inc. is seeking Certified Professional Accountants and/or Certified Professional Bookkeepers to join our firm. Our clientele includes small businesses, corporations, and not-for-profit businesses. Additionally, we complete income tax returns for sole-proprietorships, rental businesses, and farm businesses. Your role as a Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper will involve corresponding and working with our clientele on various matters, including (but not limited to) the preparation of corporate and personal income tax and benefit returns, bookkeeping, and payroll. Job Type: Seasonal HBA Bookkeeping & Accounting Inc. is seeking qualified Tax Preparers to join our firm throughout the tax filing season (February to June). Our clientele includes sole-proprietorships, rental businesses, farm businesses, and personal income tax returns. A qualified candidate should have existing experience in the preparation of T1 returns as well as knowledge of both Microsoft Office and tax preparation software such as Intuit ProFile. |
Receptionist
Job Type: Full-Time HBA Bookkeeping & Accounting Inc. is seeking a Receptionist to join our firm. No previous experience with taxes is required, although it is an asset. As the face of our firm, a qualified candidate should be professional an courteous when assisting our clients. The qualified candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, attentive, and have good oral and written communication skills. Your role as a Receptionist will involve corresponding with our clientele on a regular basis and may extend to additional beginner tasks. Tax Assembler
Job Type: Part-Time and Seasonal HBA Bookkeeping & Accounting Inc. is seeking a Tax Assembler to join our firm throughout the tax filing season (February to June).
